You must agree to these terms before establishing an account with us and before you access any of our services. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions do not use any of our services. By using any of our services, you acknowledge and warrant the truthfulness of all the information you submit with Genesis and you also acknowledge that you have read, understand, and you agree with all Terms and Conditions set out here, and that you fully agree that all sales are final and that there are no refunds whatsoever.

We may from time to time modify these Terms of Conditions and will post a copy of the amended Agreement on this page. If you do not agree to, or cannot comply with, the Agreement as amended, you must stop using Genesis University’s Products and Services. You will be deemed to have accepted the Agreement, as it may be amended from time to time, if you continue to use any of the Genesis University Products and Services after any amendments to such Agreement are posted on the Site.

Genesis University is U.S.-based business, operating in and from the United States.

You understand and agree that Genesis Services each constitute intellectual property and proprietary material that is owned by Genesis University or its licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws in the United States and other countries, which includes, but is not limited to, copyright. All rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement are reserved by Genesis University and its licensors. All educational programs, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Genesis Services are our intellectual property. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Genesis Services may be the trademarks of their respective owners and used with their consent. Genesis University and its licensors do not grant to you any right or license in connection with any of the foregoing trademarks, service marks, graphics, or logos.
